Lab Work
In case your physician determines that lab work is necessary, there is a laboratory facility conveniently located on the Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital campus.
However, we recommend checking your insurance provider’s list of preferred lab facilities ahead of time to avoid additional costs.
During and After Your Visit
Communication
You are a valued and integral part of your care. Patients are expected to truthfully discuss concerns with providers and adhere to the approved plan-of-care.
Our office uses the MyChart Patient Portal, which allows patients to securely review medical records and communicate with their physicians online.
Prescriptions and Refills
- New health laws require medications to be sent electronically. As such, refills may only be granted during business hours.
- Please ask your pharmacy to contact the office directly for refills.
- Refills may require office visits and/or laboratory testing prior to authorization.
Specialty Referrals
The doctors at Washington University Complete Care are part of the larger Washington University Physicians network. If you require specialized care in areas like orthopedics or cardiology, our physicians can refer you to some of the nation’s top specialists.
